Magnetic level indicator with a float of two opposing Alnico 8 ring magnets, Sch 40 chamber as standard, full vacuum to 3500 psig (241 barg), -325 °F to 1000 °F (-198 °C to 538 °C), 12" to 240" standard, for glass gage replacement, switches and transmitters.

Jerguson Mini-Magnicator light duty magnetic level gage

Economical light duty magnetic level gage with 1.5" Sch 10 chamber, wide flag indicator, up to 475 psig (32.7 barg) and 650 °F (343 °C), SG down to 0.59, visible range 1 to 18.5 ft, Class 150 and 300 flanges.

Magnicator with a larger 3" Sch 40 chamber and two internal float guides for boiling liquids and flashing vapours, 12" to 240" centres, SG down to 0.36, up to 1919 psig (132 barg) at 100 °F, -325 °F to 1000 °F.

4-20 mA transmitters that clamp to the Magnicator chamber without process contact: JMT magnetostrictive with HART and waveform display up to 360" (9 m), MTII 4300 magnetostrictive with HART 7 and SIL2, and RST2 reed chain with 1/2" resolution.

Jerguson SAS-16 and RS-2 point level switches for Magnicator

Point level switches that clamp to the Magnicator chamber with no process contact and adjustable set point: SAS-16 Tri-Magnet snap-action SPDT switch rated 10 A, and RS-2 / RS-2/2 hermetically sealed latching reed switch for DCS inputs.

LED illumination for Magnicator flag indicators, readable day and night from many angles, Class I Div 1 and ATEX / IECEx Ex db [ib] IIB+H2 T4, 120 or 240 VAC, process temperature up to 600 °F (316 °C) with air purge kit.
