Economical light duty magnetic level gage with 1.5" Sch 10 chamber, wide flag indicator, up to 475 psig (32.7 barg) and 650 °F (343 °C), SG down to 0.59, visible range 1 to 18.5 ft, Class 150 and 300 flanges.
The Mini-Magnicator is the Jerguson magnetic level gage for the light duty industrial market: storage vessels, lube oil skids, hydraulic reservoirs and OEM equipment. It is an economical upgrade from armored or tubular glass gages, with fewer leak paths and less maintenance.
It keeps the patented Jerguson float with opposing ring magnets, so the strong, focused field turns the flags reliably and can also operate reed switches and transmitters. The wide flag indicator with integral magnets is standard and readable from a distance.
Where pressure, temperature, specific gravity or materials go beyond the Mini-Magnicator (475 psig, 650 °F, SG 0.59, 316/304 SS), the full Magnicator is used.
