Dyna-Flo 390 series high pressure sliding stem control valve

High pressure globe and angle control valve, 1" to 8x6", ASME Class 900 to 1500, cage or top guided, shutoff Class II to V, with reduced port and severe service trim options.

The 390 series takes the 360 design into ASME Class 900 and 1500. Heavier bodies and bonnets, high pressure trims and reduced port options make it the choice for feedwater, letdown and injection duties where pressure drops are large and cavitation or noise has to be controlled with Dyna-Form trim.

End connections are flanged or weld end; the same DFC, DFO and DFLP actuators as on the 360 are used, sized for the higher unbalanced forces.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.

Axial flow anti-cavitation sliding stem valve, 2" to 8", ASME Class 300 to 1500, linear, cage guided, shutoff Class V, for high pressure drop liquid service.

Expanded outlet, reduced port sliding stem control valve, 8x6" to 12x8", ASME Class 150 to 900, for gas and steam letdown where the outlet velocity must be kept low.
