Dyna-Flo 360 series sliding stem control valve

Standard pressure globe and angle control valve, 1/2" to 8", ASME Class 150 to 600, cage or top guided, shutoff Class II to VI. The general-purpose Dyna-Flo control valve.

The 360 series is Dyna-Flo’s workhorse: a globe or angle body with a cage-guided or top-guided trim, available in the widest range of sizes, materials and characteristics. Equal percentage, linear and quick opening trims cover normal duties; Dyna-Form and Dyna-Flute trims handle cavitation and noise in liquid and gas letdown service.

Bodies are cast in LCC, WCC or CF8M, with any other ASME B16.34 pressure boundary material on request. The valve is normally supplied with a DFC or DFO spring and diaphragm actuator or a DFLP piston actuator and a digital positioner.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.

Expanded outlet, reduced port sliding stem control valve, 8x6" to 12x8", ASME Class 150 to 900, for gas and steam letdown where the outlet velocity must be kept low.
