Axial flow anti-cavitation sliding stem valve, 2" to 8", ASME Class 300 to 1500, linear, cage guided, shutoff Class V, for high pressure drop liquid service.
Cavitation destroys ordinary trims within weeks in high pressure drop liquid service. The 320 series drops the pressure in stages through an axial flow cage so the liquid never falls below its vapour pressure. The linear characteristic and Class V shutoff make it suitable for minimum flow and start-up duties where the valve is closed most of the time and then has to open against full differential.
It is available from 2” to 8” in ASME Class 300 to 1500.
Selection data we need
Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
