Ready-to-install welded, crimped or threaded rupture disk assemblies for OEM, aerospace, transport and energy equipment, 3 mm to DN200, 1 to 6900 bar, single use.
Not every overpressure problem fits between two flanges. BS&B’s custom engineered group supplies rupture disks already built into their own body: welded, soldered, crimped or threaded assemblies that an OEM installs like a fitting. The device is single use, quality requirements are tailored to the customer, and volumes range from prototypes to high-volume production.

Standard assemblies are available from stock designs; fully custom designs are developed to the customer’s envelope, connection and certification requirements.
