Berluto DRV 832-D / 838-D steam pressure reducing valve, flanged, stainless steel
Piston-controlled pressure reducing valve for steam and hot water in stainless steel 1.4408 with flanges up to PN 40, DN 15 to DN 50, inlet up to 16 bar, outlet 2 to 5 bar (832-D) or 4 to 10 bar (838-D), PTFE / EPDM / FEPM seals up to 200 °C.
The DRV 832-D / 838-D is the flanged version of Berluto’s steam reducer for outlet pressures between 2 and 10 bar, DN 15 to DN 50 with flanges up to PN 40. Piston control and a soft seat with PTFE and elastomer seals suit it to hot service: PTFE / EPDM for steam up to 150 °C, PTFE / EPDM / FEPM for steam up to 200 °C. Body and bonnet are stainless steel 1.4408 with 1.4404 inner parts.
The 832-D sets 2 to 5 bar, the 838-D 4 to 10 bar, from up to 16 bar inlet with a minimum pressure difference of 0.3 bar. Kvs values run from 3.6 to 14 m³/h. The inner assembly is a replaceable cartridge and gauge ports G 1/4” sit on both sides.

Medium (saturated steam, hot water), inlet pressure and temperature, required outlet pressure, steam or water flow rate, nominal size and flange standard, and whether the 200 °C seal set is needed.
