Berluto DRV 772 / 778 wide-range pressure reducing valve, stainless steel
Wide-range diaphragm pressure reducing valve in stainless steel 1.4408 with female thread G 1/2" to G 2" (or male thread R with the -R version), inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 0.5 to 4 bar (772) or 0.5 to 9 bar (778), for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 772 / 778 is the wide-range version of Berluto’s stainless steel threaded reducer. It shares body, strainer and cartridge with the DRV 702 / 708 but uses a larger diaphragm and softer springs, so the outlet can be set as low as 0.5 bar while the inlet may still be 40 bar. The 772 covers 0.5 to 4 bar, the 778 0.5 to 9 bar.
Body and bonnet are stainless steel 1.4408 with 1.4404 inner parts, for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases. NBR, EPDM (also with FDA conformity) or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C. Gauge ports G 1/4” are on both sides and the inner assembly is a replaceable cartridge.
The -R version offers the same valve with male thread ISO 7 (R 1/2” to R 2”); its datasheet is attached below.
