Berluto DRV 824 / 825 high-pressure reducing valve, flanged, stainless steel
Piston-controlled pressure reducing valve in stainless steel 1.4408 with flanges DN 15 to DN 100, inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 1.5 to 12 bar (824) or 2 to 20 bar (825), robust against pressure surges, for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 824 / 825 is the high-pressure reducer of Berluto’s stainless steel flanged line. Piston control makes it robust against pressure surges and allows outlet pressures up to 20 bar. The 824 covers 1.5 to 12 bar in DN 15 to DN 100 (4 to 12 bar from DN 65), the 825 covers 2 to 20 bar in DN 15 to DN 50.
Flange rating and inlet pressure step down with size: PN 40 and 40 bar up to DN 50, PN 25 and 25 bar from DN 65. Kvs values run from 2.9 to 70 m³/h. Body and bonnet are stainless steel 1.4408 with 1.4404 inner parts; NBR, EPDM or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C. An integrated strainer, a replaceable cartridge and G 1/4” gauge ports on both sides are standard.
The threaded counterpart is the DRV 724 / 725.
