Berluto DRV 802 / 808 pressure reducing valve, flanged, stainless steel
Diaphragm pressure reducing valve in stainless steel 1.4408 with flanges DN 15 to DN 100 (PN 40 to DN 50, PN 25 DN 65 – 80, PN 16 / 25 DN 100), inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 1.5 to 6 bar (802) or 1.5 to 10 bar (808), for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 802 / 808 is Berluto’s standard flanged reducer in stainless steel, DN 15 to DN 100. Body and bonnet are cast 1.4408 with 1.4404 inner parts, for aggressive water, demineralised water, other aggressive liquids and, with EPDM of FDA conformity, food and pharmaceutical service. Air and neutral gases are covered at higher flow rates.
Diaphragm control with pressure compensation keeps the outlet steady. The 802 sets 1.5 to 6 bar, the 808 1.5 to 10 bar (3 to 10 bar in DN 65 to DN 100). Flange rating and inlet pressure step down with size: PN 40 and 40 bar up to DN 50, PN 25 for DN 65 and DN 80, PN 16 or PN 25 for DN 100. Kvs values run from 2.9 to 39 m³/h. An integrated strainer, a replaceable cartridge and G 1/4” gauge ports on both sides are standard.
NBR, EPDM or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C. The threaded counterpart is the DRV 702 / 708.
