Berluto DRV 724 / 725 high-pressure reducing valve, stainless steel
Piston-controlled pressure reducing valve in stainless steel 1.4408 with female thread G 1/2" to G 2" (or male thread R with the -R version), inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 1.5 to 12 bar (724) or 2 to 20 bar (725), robust against pressure surges, for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 724 / 725 is the high-pressure reducer of Berluto’s stainless steel threaded line. Piston control makes it robust against pressure surges and water hammer and allows outlet pressures up to 20 bar: the 724 covers 1.5 to 12 bar, the 725 2 to 20 bar, from up to 40 bar inlet in all sizes G 1/2” to G 2”.
Body and bonnet are stainless steel 1.4408 with 1.4404 inner parts, for aggressive liquids, air and neutral gases. The valve compensates for inlet pressure changes, has an integrated strainer, a replaceable cartridge and G 1/4” gauge ports on both sides. NBR, EPDM (also with FDA conformity) or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C; on the -R version EPDM is listed for DN 40 and DN 50 only.
The -R version has male thread ISO 7 (R 1/2” to R 2”); its datasheet is attached below.
