Berluto DRV 624 high-pressure reducing valve, flanged DN 65 – 150
Large piston-controlled pressure reducing valve in red bronze with PN 16 or PN 25 flanges DN 65 to DN 150, inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 4 to 12 bar, Kvs up to 170 m³/h, for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 624 is the piston-controlled member of Berluto’s large flanged 6xx series, DN 65 to DN 150 in red bronze with a cast iron bonnet. The piston tolerates pressure surges better than a diaphragm and is used here for outlet pressures between 4 and 12 bar from an inlet of up to 25 bar. From DN 100 each size is offered with PN 16 or PN 25 flanges.
Inlet pressure compensation keeps the outlet stable, adjustment is continuous and gauge ports G 1/4” are provided on both sides. Kvs values run from 48 to 170 m³/h. Wetted inner parts are red bronze and V4A stainless steel; seals are NBR, for medium temperatures up to 100 °C.
