Berluto DRV 602 / 608 pressure reducing valve, flanged DN 65 – 150
Large diaphragm pressure reducing valve in red bronze with PN 16 or PN 25 flanges DN 65 to DN 150, inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 1.5 to 6 bar (602) or 3 to 10 bar (608), Kvs up to 210 m³/h, for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 602 / 608 is the large flanged reducer of Berluto’s red bronze programme, DN 65 to DN 150 with Kvs values from 48 to 210 m³/h. Each size from DN 100 upward is offered with PN 16 or PN 25 flanges, rated to 16 or 25 bar inlet respectively. The body is red bronze with a cast iron bonnet and brass or stainless steel inner parts.
The 602 sets 1.5 to 6 bar outlet, the 608 3 to 10 bar. Diaphragm control with inlet pressure compensation keeps the set pressure constant under changing supply pressure and flow. The inner parts are a replaceable cartridge and gauge ports G 1/4” sit on both sides. A drinking water version (602-6 / -DW) with EPDM is rated to 16 bar inlet.
The standard version is rated to 75 °C; the high-temperature version with EPDM or FKM seals goes to 190 °C.
