Berluto DRV 524 / 525 high-pressure reducing valve, flanged
Piston-controlled pressure reducing valve in red bronze with PN 25 flanges DN 15 to DN 80, inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 1.5 to 12 bar (524) or 2 to 20 bar (525), for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 524 / 525 is the piston-controlled high-pressure reducer of Berluto’s flanged 5xx series in red bronze. The piston stands up to pressure surges and allows outlet pressures to 20 bar: the 524 covers 1.5 to 12 bar, the 525 covers 2 to 20 bar, both from up to 25 bar inlet with PN 25 flanges DN 15 to DN 80.
The valve compensates for inlet pressure changes, has an integrated strainer, a replaceable cartridge and G 1/4” gauge ports on both sides. Kvs values run from 2.9 to 18 m³/h. NBR, EPDM or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C, with a high-temperature version using FKM and brass internals.
