Berluto DRV 502 / 508 pressure reducing valve, flanged
Diaphragm pressure reducing valve in red bronze with PN 25 flanges DN 15 to DN 80, inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 1.5 to 6 bar (502) or 1.5 to 10 bar (508), for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 502 / 508 is Berluto’s standard flanged reducer in red bronze, DN 15 to DN 80 with PN 25 flanges. It uses the same diaphragm control, integrated strainer and replaceable cartridge as the threaded DRV 302 / 308, so spare parts and settings carry over between the two.
The 502 sets 1.5 to 6 bar outlet, the 508 1.5 to 10 bar, from up to 25 bar inlet. A drinking water version (502-6 / -DW) with EPDM is rated to 16 bar inlet. Kvs values run from 2.9 to 18 m³/h and gauge ports G 1/4” are on both sides. ANSI Class 150 and JIS 16K flanges are available as options.
NBR, EPDM or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C; a high-temperature version uses FKM with brass internals.
