Berluto DRV 372 / 378 wide-range pressure reducing valve
Wide-range diaphragm pressure reducing valve in red bronze, female thread G 1/2" to G 2", inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 0.5 to 4 bar (372) or 0.5 to 9 bar (378), for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 372 / 378 is the wide-range version of Berluto’s red bronze threaded reducer. The same body, strainer and cartridge as the DRV 302 / 308 are combined with a larger diaphragm and softer springs, so the outlet pressure can be set as low as 0.5 bar while the inlet may still be 40 bar. The 372 covers 0.5 to 4 bar, the 378 reaches 9 bar.
Inlet pressure compensation keeps the set pressure constant when the supply pressure swings, and the handwheel adjusts the outlet continuously. DN 15 to DN 32 are rated for 40 bar inlet, DN 40 and DN 50 for 25 bar. Gauge ports G 1/4” on both sides of the body take a pressure gauge for the outlet side.
NBR, EPDM or FKM seals cover −30 °C to +190 °C. EPDM with drinking water conformity and FKM with FDA conformity are available as elastomer options, and the valve can be delivered nickel- or chrome-plated inside and out.
