Berluto DRV 302 / 308 pressure reducing valve
Diaphragm-controlled pressure reducing valve in red bronze with female thread G 1/2" to G 2", inlet up to 40 bar, outlet 1.5 to 6 bar (302) or 1.5 to 10 bar (308), for water, neutral liquids, air and neutral gases.
The DRV 302 / 308 is Berluto’s standard red bronze pressure reducing valve with female thread. It is diaphragm controlled and inlet pressure compensated, so the outlet pressure stays stable when the supply pressure varies, and it is continuously adjustable with a handwheel. A strainer is built into the body and the complete inner assembly is a replaceable cartridge, so the valve is serviced in the line without disturbing the connections.
The two types differ only in spring range: the 302 covers 1.5 to 6 bar outlet, the 308 goes to 10 bar. Sizes DN 15 to DN 32 take 40 bar inlet, DN 40 and DN 50 take 25 bar. The 302-6 is the drinking water version with EPDM seals and drinking water conformity, available in DN 40 and DN 50. Gauge ports G 1/4” on both sides show the outlet pressure.
Seal materials NBR, EPDM or FKM set the temperature range, from −30 °C up to +190 °C. Wetted inner parts are brass and Hostaform C as standard, red bronze with stainless steel on request, and the whole valve can be nickel- or chrome-plated.
