Berluto DRV 250 low-pressure reducing valve, compact
Compact single-seat low-pressure reducing valve in red bronze, female thread G 1/4" to G 2", inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 0.2 to 2 bar, reduction ratio up to 20:1, for compressed air, neutral gases and water at small flow rates.
The DRV 250 is the low-pressure valve of Berluto’s compact 2xx series, a non-relieving single-seat design in red bronze that starts at G 1/4”. It is diaphragm controlled and reaches a reduction ratio of 20:1, so 2 bar or less can be held from a 25 bar supply. The valve is intended first of all for compressed air and neutral gases; water and neutral liquids are fine at small flow rates.
Kvs values run from 0.5 m³/h at G 1/4” to 7.2 m³/h at G 2”. The inner parts are replaceable and gauge ports G 1/4” are provided on both sides. Seals are NBR, which limits the medium temperature to 100 °C.
