Berluto DRV 230 / 230 G pressure reducing valve, flanged, compact
Compact single-seat diaphragm reducing valve in red bronze with PN 40 flanges DN 8 to DN 50, inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 1.5 to 8 bar (230) or 0.8 to 8 bar (230 G), for compressed air, neutral gases and water at small flow rates.
The DRV 230 / 230 G is the flanged version of Berluto’s compact 2xx reducer. The same non-relieving single-seat design with diaphragm control comes with PN 40 flanges from DN 8 to DN 50, which makes it the smallest flanged reducer in the programme. It is intended for compressed air and neutral gases; water and neutral liquids can be handled at small flow rates.
The 230 sets 1.5 to 8 bar outlet, the 230 G starts at 0.8 bar. Inlet pressure is 25 bar for all sizes, the reduction ratio 10:1, and Kvs values run from 0.5 to 7.2 m³/h. Gauge ports G 1/4” sit on both sides. Seals are CR / NBR for medium temperatures up to 100 °C.
