Berluto DRV 200 / 200 G pressure reducing valve, compact
Compact single-seat diaphragm reducing valve in red bronze, female thread G 1/4" to G 2", inlet up to 25 bar, outlet 1.5 to 8 bar (200) or 0.8 to 8 bar (200 G), reduction ratio 10:1, for compressed air, neutral gases and water at small flow rates.
The DRV 200 / 200 G is the standard-pressure valve of Berluto’s compact 2xx series: a non-relieving single-seat reducer in red bronze that starts at G 1/4” and is aimed at compressed air and neutral gases. Water and neutral liquids can be handled at small flow rates. Diaphragm control gives a reduction ratio of 10:1 and continuous adjustment.
The 200 sets 1.5 to 8 bar outlet, the 200 G starts lower at 0.8 bar. Inlet pressure is 25 bar across all eight sizes, with Kvs values from 0.5 to 7.2 m³/h. Inner parts are replaceable and gauge ports G 1/4” sit on both sides of the body. Seals are NBR, for medium temperatures up to 100 °C.
