Digital valve positioner (Siemens PS2) for Dyna-Flo valves

HART-ready digital valve positioner fitted to Dyna-Flo sliding stem and rotary actuators, 0 to 100 psig output, zero bleed in steady state.

Dyna-Flo fits the Siemens SIPART PS2 as its standard digital positioner. It calibrates itself on the valve, holds position without bleeding air at rest, and reports stroke, friction and travel statistics over HART so maintenance can be planned instead of scheduled. Mounting kits exist for every Dyna-Flo linear and rotary actuator, including retrofits on existing valves.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
