Dyna-Flo DF400 eccentric rotary plug control valve

High capacity eccentric rotary plug control valve, 1" to 6", ASME Class 150 and 600, linear, shutoff Class IV or VI, flanged or wafer, with severe service coatings.

An eccentric rotary plug valve combines the capacity of a rotary valve with the shutoff and rangeability of a globe valve. The plug swings clear of the seat on opening, so there is no rubbing, and the linear characteristic makes it a drop-in replacement for many globe applications at a lower cost and weight.

The DF400 comes in 1” to 6”, ASME Class 150 and 600, with hard coatings for erosive, corrosive and high temperature service.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
