Dyna-Flo DF2000 oilfield control valve

Rugged 1" and 2" sliding stem control valve for oilfield service, ASME Class 150 to 2500, threaded bonnet, NACE construction standard, equal percentage.

The DF2000 is a compact, heavy-walled valve for upstream oil and gas: a top-guided plug in a body with a threaded bonnet that can be serviced in the field with hand tools. NACE-compliant materials are standard, and the pressure range runs up to ASME Class 2500 in 1” and 2” sizes with flanged or threaded ends.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
