Dyna-Flo DF100, DF234, DF270 and DF2410 integral control valves

Compact 1" and 2" sliding stem control valves with integral actuator, ASME Class 150 to 1500, ports 1/4" to 1-1/4", for wellsites, skids and small process lines.

These four models share one idea: a small sliding stem valve and its spring and diaphragm actuator built as a single unit, so the assembly is short, light and cheap to install. Port sizes from 1/4” upward give fine control of small flows, and the equal percentage or quick opening trims suit throttling and dump duties alike.

Live-loaded packing and NACE construction are standard, as they usually are needed on wellsites.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.

High pressure globe and angle control valve, 1" to 8x6", ASME Class 900 to 1500, cage or top guided, shutoff Class II to V, with reduced port and severe service trim options.

Axial flow anti-cavitation sliding stem valve, 2" to 8", ASME Class 300 to 1500, linear, cage guided, shutoff Class V, for high pressure drop liquid service.
