Dyna-Flo 590 series large-bore high pressure rotary control valve

Wafer full-ball control valve for ASME Class 600 and 900, 4" to 16", shutoff Class II or VI with full ANSI shutoff option, for high pressure gas and liquid control.

The 590 series puts a full-ball control valve into a wafer body for ASME Class 600 and 900. Wafer construction keeps weight and face-to-face short, which matters on compressor stations and offshore, while the full ball keeps the capacity high. The full ANSI shutoff option gives tight closure at rated pressure.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
