Dyna-Flo 580 series full-bore rotary control valve

Full-bore ball control valve, 6" to 24", ASME Class 150 to 600, shutoff Class IV or VI, single or dual seal, for high capacity control with tight shutoff.

The 580 series is a full-bore ball valve engineered for throttling: characterised ball, blowout-proof shaft, control-grade bearings and a DFRP piston actuator. It gives the highest capacity of any Dyna-Flo valve and, with the dual seal option, Class VI shutoff, so one valve can control flow and isolate the line.

Selection data we need

Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
