Local pneumatic pressure controller (4000 series, 30 to 5000 psig) and displacer type pneumatic liquid level controller (5000, ASME Class 1500) for self-contained control loops.
Not every loop has a control system behind it. The 4000 series pressure controller and the 5000 displacer level controller close the loop locally and pneumatically: the controller senses the process, compares it with the setpoint and drives the Dyna-Flo valve directly with supply gas or air. Low-bleed versions limit gas emissions on wellsites, and the 5000 can also be supplied with electric switch pilots for on-off dump control.
Selection data we need
Medium and its properties, inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate at minimum, normal and maximum conditions, temperature, allowable noise level, required shutoff class, pipe size and rating, actuator air supply and control signal, and any fail position. We size the valve and actuator in Dyna-Flo’s FloSpec software.
