Direct spring-loaded relief valve with bubble-tight soft seat, 1/2" to 1" threaded or flanged, orifices B, D and E, gas version with external blowdown adjustment and 2400L balanced liquid version to 6000 psig.
A soft seat lets a relief valve sit much closer to its set pressure without simmering. The 2400 uses that on a compact 1/2” to 1” platform: elastomer or plastic seats chosen for the fluid, an external blowdown adjustment on the gas version that does not disturb the set pressure, and a seat retainer that can be swapped to change orifice size.
The 2400L is the liquid version with a balanced design rated to 90 percent back pressure, so no bellows is needed on pump and header applications, and a high pressure build sets up to 6000 psig.
