High-pressure reverse buckling disk to 124 bar in sizes DN25 to DN1050, for gas or liquid with gas pocket, in the RB-7R pre-assembled holder. 90 % operating ratio, non-fragmenting.
The RB-90 is a proven high-pressure reverse buckling disk that spans an unusually large envelope: from DN25 to DN1050 and from below 1 bar to 124 bar. It is supplied in the RB-7R pre-assembled holder, which arrives with the disk already fitted and torqued so site installation is reduced to bolting the assembly between flanges.
For gas service and for liquids with a gas pocket at the disk, the RB-90 delivers 90 % operating ratio and a non-fragmenting opening, allowing use directly under a safety relief valve even at high pressure. Where the system is liquid-full without any gas cushion, we will propose an alternative from the Sta-Saf range.
