BS&B Vac-Saf DKB / P-DKB disk

Vacuum-supported low-pressure disk relieving from 14 mbar to 12 bar depending on direction, DN50 to DN200, with the perforated support visible in the design. P-DKB with fluoropolymer liner.

The DKB is the classic low-pressure Vac-Saf design: a thin bursting membrane backed by a perforated support plate that carries the load in the reverse direction. This allows very low burst pressures on one side, down to 14 mbar, combined with a much higher burst pressure, up to 12 bar, on the other. The support is part of the disk so there is nothing extra to assemble.

The P-DKB adds a fluoropolymer liner facing the process for aggressive media, which is why the DKB family is common on chlorine, acid and solvent tanks. Disks are calibrated in one or two directions and mount in the KB-7R or PKB-7R pre-assembled holder.

Size, burst pressure in each direction with temperature, operating pressure, medium (to decide on the liner) and flange rating.
