Union bonnet gage valves with the stem threads outside the process fluid, low emission certified to API 624, stainless steel ballcheck, up to 4000 psi (275.8 barg) at 100 °F and 600 WSP saturated steam.

The 60LE is the low emission version of the Jerguson union bonnet gage valve. Its stem threads sit behind the packing seal, away from the process fluid, so they do not corrode and particles cannot jam the handwheel. The valve is certified to API 624 for low fugitive emissions.

A stainless steel ball upstream of the seat shuts off the flow instantly if the gage fails. The union process connection makes installation simple and gives access to the ball, which a spring clip keeps in place. The union gage connection of the 64LE and 67LE lets a gage be turned to any angle and removed without draining the vessel. Offset bodies allow a top and bottom connected gage to be swabbed through the vent or drain plug.
