KITO ZP/R sampling device with flame arrester

Sampling device with end-of-line deflagration flame arrester, endurance burning proof, explosion group IIB, 1/2" connection, designs adapted to the process.

Taking a sample from a tank of flammable product means opening it to atmosphere for a moment. The ZP/R combines the sampling connection with an endurance-burning-proof deflagration arrester, so an ignition at the sample point cannot propagate into the vessel.

KITO builds it in several designs, with a valve and cap or a chained closure, to match the customer’s sampling procedure.

Selection data we need

Medium and explosion group (or MESG), nominal size and connection standard, operating pressure and temperature, flow rate, material and required accessories (temperature sensor, heating sleeve).
