Low-profile end-of-line deflagration flame arrester for explosion groups IIA1 to IIC in DN50 to DN800, the standard tank vent arrester for large diameters.

The VH is a flat, end-of-line deflagration arrester with a large element area, which keeps the pressure drop low even at big vent diameters. It is available up to DN800 and for all explosion groups up to IIC, which makes it the usual choice for the free vents of large atmospheric tanks and for vessels venting hydrogen-containing mixtures.

A temperature sensor can be fitted to signal a flame stabilised on the element so the process can be shut down in time.
