High pressure threaded bulls-eye sight flow indicator, ASME Class 300, 600, 900 and 1500 up to 3750 psig (258 bar), 1/4" to 2" NPT, butt weld or socket weld.
The S-100HPA family is the high pressure threaded Bulls-Eye for small bore lines from Class 300 up to Class 1500. It follows the same full ASME design basis as the flanged range: ASME B31.1 and B31.3 criteria, ASTM listed metals in all pressure parts, and a hydrotest on every unit.
The indicator choice is the same as on the lower pressure units: plain, weighted 316 flapper, PTFE rotor (S-300HPA), 316 drip tube (S-200HPA) or gas indicator. NPT ends are standard, with butt weld and socket weld ends for welded systems.
For demanding service the windows can be doubled (FM approved), shielded with bonded PFA or replaced by UniGlas fused windows. Neoprene and FKM gaskets are not offered in Class 900 and 1500.
