Slim hygienic sight flow indicator to ASME BPE with four windows, precision-bore borosilicate tube, hygienic clamp ends, 15 Ra µin electropolished 316L, 1/4" to 4" tube OD, up to 300 psi (20.7 bar).
Hy-Sight is the Jacoby-Tarbox sight flow indicator for hygienic lines. It follows ASME BPE dimensions and design principles and is built to limit O-ring intrusion into the bore: a precision-bore Type 1 borosilicate tube with flame polished ends, a tightly toleranced O-ring capture and a positive stop that prevents over-compression. The smooth transition reduces product hold-up, shortens cleaning cycles and supports CIP and SIP.
The four-window body gives the largest view of any slim, low-profile indicator and a clear view in any orientation. ACME threads prevent galling and cross-threading, and no threads are exposed to trap debris. Individual components are marked for full traceability.
Heads are available in 316L, Hastelloy C22, C276 or AL6XN with an electropolished 15 Ra µin finish, and O-rings in EPDM, FKM, platinum cured silicone, FFKM or FEP encapsulated silicone.
