Long-radius 90° flanged sight flow indicator that combines an elbow and a bulls-eye in one cast body, ASME Class 150 and 300, 1" to 6", plain or drip, with optional top connection.
The 90-LR puts a sight flow indicator into a long-radius elbow. One cast body replaces an elbow, two flanged joints and a separate indicator, which saves space, welds and weight, and the OEM only has to mount one part. The view still matches or exceeds the pipe bore.
The unit is built to the same ASME B31.1 and B31.3 basis as the Bulls-Eye range and is hydrotested. It is offered plain, for flow in either direction, or with a 316 or PTFE drip tube. An optional threaded or flanged top connection takes a pressure gauge, thermometer or flow switch, or serves as a vent.
Dual windows, UniShield PFA shielding, UniGlas and quartz windows are available, as is a PFA lined body with PTFE drip tube for corrosive service.
