VYC 695 bronze safety valve
Small bronze full lift safety valve (AIT), 3/8"x1/2" to 1"x1", set pressure 0.2 to 36 bar, −10 °C to +200 °C, for air, gases, steam and liquids on receivers, compressors and small vessels.
The 695 is the everyday small safety valve: a bronze angle body with a threaded inlet from 3/8” to 1”, a stainless spring and a soft seal chosen for the medium. It opens proportionally at first and then fully, which gives good tightness in normal operation and full capacity when needed.
Four cap versions cover open or closed bonnet with or without lever, and the seal material sets the temperature range from silicone through FKM and PTFE to FFKM.
Selection data we need
Medium and state, set pressure, required capacity, operating pressure and temperature, back pressure, connection size and type, material and the cap version (open, closed, packed lever). For a replacement, the nameplate data is enough.
