VYC 495 threaded full lift safety valve
Threaded full lift spring-loaded safety valve (AIT), 3/4"x1-1/4" and 1"x1-1/2", PN16 and PN40, cast iron, nodular iron, cast steel or stainless steel, to ISO 4126-1 and PED.
The 495 is the threaded version of the 496 full lift valve, in two sizes for the smaller steam, air and process installations. Same angle body, same separate elevator that makes the valve pop rather than creep, and the same choice of four body materials and four cap versions.
It is delivered set and sealed at the ordered pressure and tested, with PED documentation.
Selection data we need
Medium and state, set pressure, required capacity, operating pressure and temperature, back pressure, connection size and type, material and the cap version (open, closed, packed lever). For a replacement, the nameplate data is enough.
