GOETZE 813 brass safety valve for silos and bulk vehicles
Low-pressure cylindrical brass safety valve with diaphragm, stainless steel deflector and atmospheric discharge, 1/2" to 2" male thread, 0.2 to 6 bar, −60 °C to +225 °C, for silos, bulk transport vehicles and compressed air in dirty environments.
The 813 is the brass counterpart of the 413 for silos and bulk transport vehicles: a low-pressure valve from 0.2 to 6 bar that discharges to atmosphere, with a diaphragm that keeps dust and product out of the spring housing and a stainless steel deflector on the outlet. It is also used on compressed air in dirty environments where an open-bonnet valve would clog.
The valve is type tested under TÜV 2003 for gases and for liquid, granular and powdery goods (F/K/S) per TRB 801, in 1/2” to 2” with a BSP, BSP-T or NPT male inlet and a twist-type lifting mechanism. Marine class approvals from DNV, LR, ABS, BV and RS are included.
