GOETZE 652mFK diaphragm safety valve for cooling circuits
Gunmetal diaphragm safety valve for liquids in cooling plants and closed cooling circuits with up to 100 % glycol, 1/2" to 2" female BSP, 1 to 16 bar, −50 °C to +150 °C, TÜV type tested for liquids, DVGW hygiene listed.
The 652mFK is the liquid-only version of GOETZE’s 652 diaphragm valve, tuned for cooling plants and closed cooling circuits. The diaphragm keeps spring and moving parts out of the coolant, the EPDM seal resists glycol up to 100 %, and the temperature range runs down to −50 °C for brine and glycol chillers. It covers 1/2” to 2” with female BSP threads and set pressures from 1 to 16 bar.
The valve is TÜV type tested for liquids under PED and carries the DVGW hygiene listing for drinking water, plus DNV, LR, ABS and BV class approvals for marine refrigeration.
Selection data we need
Coolant and glycol content, set pressure, required discharge capacity, operating pressure and temperature, and connection size. For a replacement, the type code and nameplate data are enough.
Applications
- Cooling and chilling plants
- Closed cooling circuits with water or glycol mixtures
- Pressure tanks and systems for water and cooling liquids
