GOETZE 4420 stainless steel diaphragm safety valve 3/8" to 1 1/4"
All-stainless angle safety valve with diaphragm or gastight bonnet, 3/8" to 1 1/4" with BSP, NPT or clamp inlet, 0.2 to 25 bar, −50 °C to +205 °C, one version for gases, vapours, steam and liquids; ASME UV and CRN approved.
The 4420 is one of GOETZE’s newer all-stainless angle valves: cast 1.4408 outlet body, 1.4404 inlet and wetted parts, 3/8” to 1 1/4”, and set pressures from 0.2 to 25 bar. It is offered with a moulded diaphragm that separates the medium from the spring housing, or as a gastight version for the smaller sizes, and in both cases one version serves gases, vapours, steam and liquids.
Inlets come as BSP, NPT or DIN 32676-B clamp, which lets the valve serve refrigeration circuits, chemical and biogas plants, medical technology and food or pharma utilities alike. It holds PED, TÜV, ASME UV and CRN approvals and is the stainless steel alternative to the 642 diaphragm valve.
Selection data we need
Medium and state, set pressure, required discharge capacity, operating pressure and temperature, size and inlet connection (BSP, NPT or clamp), seal and diaphragm material and whether a lifting lever is required. For a replacement, the type code and nameplate data are enough.
Applications
- Pressure vessels and systems for gases, vapours and liquids
- Cooling and refrigeration systems
- Chemical plants, biogas, desalination
- Apparatus engineering, medical technology, food and pharma utilities, shipbuilding
