GOETZE 412 stainless steel high-capacity safety valve, atmospheric discharge
High-capacity cylindrical stainless steel safety valve with atmospheric discharge, 1/2" to 2" male thread, 0.2 to 50 bar, −60 °C to +225 °C, for compressed air and neutral, non-toxic, non-flammable gases; ASME UV, CRN and KGS approved.
The 412 is the high-capacity version of GOETZE’s stainless steel atmospheric-discharge valve: the same cylindrical body that vents through apertures without a discharge line, but in 1/2” to 2” with a larger lift for compressors, air receivers and pneumatic systems that need more relieving capacity than the 410 offers. Set pressures run from 0.2 to 50 bar.
Everything wetted is 1.4404, the inlet thread is BSP, BSP-T or NPT, and the valve can be ordered with or without the twist-type lifting mechanism. It is type tested for gases under PED and TÜV 2003, carries ASME UV, CRN, KGS and KOSHA, and is approved by DNV, LR, ABS, BV and RINA.
Selection data we need
Medium, set pressure, required discharge capacity, operating pressure and temperature, inlet size and thread, seal material and whether a lifting device is required. For a replacement, the type code and nameplate data are enough.
