GOETZE Hygienic 4020 stainless steel safety valve DN 25
Compact hygienic angle safety valve in stainless steel with elastomer diaphragm, DN 25 inlet (optional DN 40) with DIN, ISO or ASME clamp connections, 0.4 to 16 bar, −40 °C to +200 °C, pneumatic lifting for CIP/SIP, ASME UV and CRN approved.
The Hygienic 4020 is the compact DN 25 valve of GOETZE’s Clean range, the size most hygienic process lines and small vessels call for. It shares the design of the 4000: stainless steel body finished below 0.75 µm, moulded diaphragm between product and spring housing, exposed and rinsed seals with no gaps, and a body that does not hold puddles. A DN 40 inlet is available as an option.
Clamp connections are offered for DIN, ISO and ASME pipe standards so the valve fits plants built to any of the three. The pneumatic lifting device lifts the disc for CIP and SIP; a lever or a gastight cap without lifting device are alternatives. Seals are FKM, EPDM or HNBR with FDA and USP listings, set pressures run from 0.4 to 16 bar, and approvals include PED, TÜV type test 2111, ASME UV and CRN.
Selection data we need
Medium and state, set pressure, required discharge capacity, operating pressure and temperature, pipe standard (DIN, ISO or ASME), outlet size, seal material, surface finish requirement and whether a pneumatic lifting device is needed. For a replacement, the type code and nameplate data are enough.
Applications
- Food and dairy industry
