GOETZE Hygienic 4000 stainless steel safety valve DN 25 to DN 100
Hygienic angle safety valve in stainless steel 1.4404 with elastomer diaphragm, DN 25 to DN 100 with clamp or DIN 11851 connections, 0.4 to 16 bar, −40 °C to +200 °C, pneumatic lifting for CIP/SIP, ASME UV and CRN approved, for food, dairy, beverage and pharma.
The Hygienic 4000 is the large-size hygienic safety valve in GOETZE’s Clean range: DN 25 to DN 100 inlet, up to DN 150 outlet, for tanks, process vessels and pipework in dairies, breweries and pharmaceutical plants. A moulded elastomer diaphragm separates the product space from the spring housing, the wetted surface is finished below 0.75 µm with gap-free seals and minimal dead space, and the body drains without puddles.
A pneumatic lifting device lifts the disc for CIP and SIP cycles; a lever or no lifting device are the alternatives. Set pressures run from 0.4 to 16 bar with FDA and USP listed FKM or EPDM seals. Connections are DIN 32676 clamps or DIN 11851 dairy fittings, and the valve holds PED, TÜV type test 2095, ASME UV and CRN approvals.
Selection data we need
Medium and state, set pressure, required discharge capacity, operating pressure and temperature, inlet and outlet size, connection type and pipe standard, seal material (FKM or EPDM), surface finish requirement and whether a pneumatic lifting device is needed. For a replacement, the type code and nameplate data are enough.
Applications
- Food and dairy industry
- Breweries and beverage plants
- Pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, medical technology
- Clean-service processes, vessels and pipework for air, gases, steam and liquids
