BS&B XN forward acting disk

Scored forward acting disk for 3.8 to 100 bar in DN25 to DN300, 85 % operating ratio, non-fragmenting and vacuum resistant. Compact alternative to the XN85 for smaller lines.

The XN is the scored forward acting disk for line sizes up to DN300 and pressures up to 100 bar. Like its siblings, it opens along its score lines into attached petals, tolerates vacuum without a support and runs at 85 % of its burst pressure, so it can be installed under a safety relief valve.

Choose the XN when the application sits in the middle of the pressure range and the size is moderate; for DN350 and above or for the highest pressures we move to the XN85 or XB.
