BS&B Sure-Saf CSI reverse buckling disk

Reverse buckling disk for medium to high pressures, 2.1 to 55 bar in DN25 to DN250, with its own CSR-7RS and CSI-7RS safety heads. Non-fragmenting, 90 % operating ratio.

The Sure-Saf CSI is a reverse buckling disk aimed at the medium and high pressure band, up to 55 bar, in sizes to DN250. It uses its own family of pre-torqued safety heads, the CSR-7RS and the compact CSI-7RS, both of which locate inside the bolt circle of the companion flanges and are supplied pre-assembled so the disk cannot be installed incorrectly.

Performance is Sta-Saf class: 90 % operating ratio, full vacuum resistance, best-in-class cycle life and non-fragmenting opening. If you have Sure-Saf holders installed, we supply matching replacement disks; for a new installation we will advise whether the CSI or an SKr/RLS in an SRB-7RS holder is the better fit.
