BS&B Sanitary Vac-Saf disks

Hygienic processes need rupture disks that seal on a tri-clamp ferrule, clean in place and withstand the vacuum that follows a steam sterilisation cycle. The Sanitary Vac-Saf family adapts the proven Vac-Saf designs to exactly that environment.

All disks are non-fragmenting and available with two-direction calibration where indicated. Materials are 316L as standard with Hastelloy C-276 and other alloys for aggressive buffers and solvents. Please verify the level of vacuum resistance you need: some types are available with partial rather than full vacuum resistance.

Selection data we need

Ferrule size and standard (DIN, ISO, ASME BPE), burst pressure in each direction with temperature, CIP/SIP conditions, medium, and whether full vacuum occurs.
