BS&B Saf-T-Graf IMBL lined graphite disk

Inverted graphite disk with a fluoropolymer liner on the process face for the most aggressive media, 21 mbar to 69 bar in DN15 to DN600, vacuum resistant. AIMBL armoured version.

Some media are aggressive even to impregnated graphite: strong oxidisers, certain halogens, and processes where the slightest graphite pick-up is unacceptable. The IMBL takes the vacuum-resistant IMB design and bonds a fluoropolymer liner to the process face, so the medium only ever sees fluoropolymer.

The disk keeps the full IMB pressure range and installs between standard flanges. The AIMBL adds the steel armour ring we recommend for all graphite disks.
