Ritec partnerBS&B Vac-Saf RLBP / RLBV low pressure disk
Reverse buckling disk for very low burst pressures, 12 to 747 mbar, DN50 to DN200, with optional calibration in both directions. Non-fragmenting, for gas or liquid with gas pocket.
Burst pressures measured in millibar are a specialist field. The RLBP (pressure) and RLBV (vacuum) disks use reverse buckling geometry to give a reliable, repeatable burst from as low as 12 mbar, which is territory normally reserved for large weight-loaded vents or fragile graphite disks.
Both variants open without fragmentation and mount in the same HL-7RS and HL-7R holders as the HiLo. The disks can be calibrated in one or two directions, so a tank that only needs vacuum protection gets the RLBV, one that needs pressure relief gets the RLBP, and one that needs both at similar levels can use a two-way calibrated disk.
