BS&B LCN low pressure forward acting disk

Flat, scored low-pressure forward acting disk for 0.2 to 13 bar in DN25 to DN600, 80 % operating ratio, vacuum resistant without a support, with fluoropolymer seal option.

The LCN is a flat, scored forward acting disk designed for low burst pressures without the fragility that flat disks normally bring. The scored metal member defines the opening, a fluoropolymer seal provides leak tightness, and the assembly resists vacuum without an additional support. Installation height is minimal.

It is used on low-pressure tanks and vent lines, especially with corrosive media where the seal keeps the process off the metal. Because some seal material may be released on bursting, the LCN is not recommended directly under a safety relief valve; for that duty we propose the LPS or Eco-Saf ECR.
